Everything was very clean, the staff was super friendly, and the location is great. It’s also very relaxing since it’s a smaller hotel compared to others nearby, so you can actually rest. We would definitely stay here again!

Héctor is super accommodating as a host. The casita is on his property but very private. It has a well-appointed kitchen with a fridge, Toaster oven and two-burner gas stove top. The bedroom and bath are upstairs with a great king-size bed and nice linens. There are fans on both levels and A/C on the top level. Simply opening the windows at night and using the fans is our favorite way to sleep. Lots of windows with screens throughout the casita. The shower has hot water - which is not a given in rural Oaxaca. Hector also provided us with a 5 gallon bottle of water. There is a coffee pot and an Oster blender conveniently located on the counter. My husband swam in the pool outside our room daily. It’s cold and refreshing.

Excellent beach location, great vibe, fun staff, two pools, central location, taxi's easy to get, park rented scooters right there, surf shop part of Selina (I'm a surfer), more advanced rental surf items steps away from selina, various surf spots close to the spot, especially Playa Zicatela, down the beach at La Punta more chill spot and perfect for beginners in the non surf season. ... office space area was stellar.
