Had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for more. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind, and responsive. They were always available if I had a question, while still giving me complete privacy. Their hospitality truly made the stay special and made me feel at home right away. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed and very convenient, yet still quiet and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtful. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well‑located home with outstanding hosts.

When we first arrived here we were quite tired from travelling. The host, Arjan, was there and he greeted us with a big smile, he made us coffee and tea, explained everything we had questions about. He was an amazing host. The place is beautiful and the beds are soooo comfy. The location is good, you take a quick bus to central Amsterdam and you are there.

On arrival I wasn't too pleased with my room (botanical) facing inwards to the air condition unit so I requested a room change to the one of the smaller rooms with a city view, which they accommodated for me with great ease. Rooms were fantastic and lovely bed and amazing shower facilities. The prices do vary a lot day to day but more than worth it if you get a good deal. The staff are absolutely fantastic and I would return again for that fact alone.

Lobby, play area for kids. Quiet Location close to airport. Bus stop and train station nearby for city visits and to get to airport. Staff were very nice. We misplaced our belongings and the staff were very helpful including the restaurant staffs.

The hotel is modern, clean, and stylish. The room we had was spacious and the beds were super comfy. The staff were really friendly too! They even let us check in early, which we really appreciated. 🙌 The location is super convenient. It is just a few steps from Overamstel metro station, so getting to the city center only took about 10–15 minutes.
