The flat is modern and very clean. Underground garage is a huge advantage as well. The kitchen is supper well-equipped. There's also a big balcony, where you can sit in the evening and enjoy warm summer weather. You do not hear noises from neighbours at all, which is supper actually quite rare in booking apparrments. Clean and modern bathroom is a huge plus as well.
