The hotel, pool and beach are fine. The furniture and air conditioning in the rooms are a little outdated, but OK. The breakfast was very good, with many options for any taste. The restaurant has an international menu, and the waiters were very helpful. The pool was very clean, warm and surrounded by flowers, and a nice music playlist all day long. All in one, a good hotel where you can relax and forget that you are in Venus.

Very clean, good food, very comfortable.

This hotel is located on the seaside promenade of the Black Sea resort of Venus. The sandy beach is only 164 feet away, and guests can dine on the summer terrace of Hotel Carmen Azzuro's restaurant.

If you're not a heavy cofee buff, (like I am), the breakfast could pass as acceptable. The Indian / Nepalese / Bangladeshi staff however was GREAT. I think those guys are the only thing GOOD about this place. They really went out of their way to make our miserable stay, as pleasant as possible. Room is 2-3 stars at best. No carpeting, shower looks improvised. It was nowhere near what you would expect from a 4 stars hotel Not to mention the music that kept you up well beyond midnight, either coming from the hotel it's self, or, from the other places in the vicinity. So... Relax? No. I don't think so. Oh and don't be fooled by the pool. That's a place where kids jump in from 3 - 4 water sliders around, which is great for the kids, but awful lif you want some peace and quiet at the pool. Swimming in that pool? Not such a great experience either. It's always full of kids junping in, which is why you probably should opt in for a chair not very close to the pool if you just wanna relax. Along with those kids, were grown-ups jumping in spalshing all over the place. Also, Don't be fooled by the location. It's close to the SEA. But NOT necessarily close to any usable, nice beach. All beaches in the area are occupied and filled up to the limit by the other surrounding hotels guests. So... You need to do some 2 Km walk towards Saturn, to get to a decent beach.

The location is excellent, it's a few steps from the beach. The room was clean and good breakfast.
