This hotel exceeded our expectations. It looks fantastic, the food is unbelievably good, the spa is wonderful and the staff did everything to make us feel welcomed. It is only 15 min drive from ski slopes that we enjoyed every day.

Location close to main attractions

Great hotel with a lot of facilities (pool, billiards, table tennis, mini golf...) for a reasonable price. We really liked the stay.

For those starting a hike, it's in a very good location, with one of the train stations of the railway connecting the towns of the High Tatras two minutes away, and two hiking trails essentially starting next to the hotel. The hotel building is old and very beautiful, and our room was pleasant. The accommodation included breakfast and dinner, the breakfast was great, varied, and met all needs.

Playground and animation for kids was really good, allowed parents to have a break too. Breakfast was great. Gorgeous view and proximity (6 mins by car) from ski lifts.

The location was perfect for me. I had two main destinations - the old quarry (for climbing) and the cave (Belianska Jaskyna) - both of which were well within walking distance. There are also several restaurants nearby (Koliba and U Furmana were on my way to the climbing place). Since it's an entire house, there are no quiet hours, so we could stay up late playing the guitar and singing.

Very spacious place. Great central location, close to both the bus and train station. Comfy beds. Great coffee. Extremely well equipped kitchen.

Fantastic choice in the High Tatras! We were pleasantly surprised at how great this apartment was for its price. The host was wonderful with communication. The location for Stary Smokovec cannot be beat with a short walk to everything, or even lots inside the actual apartment building. The view from the patio is beautiful overlooking the mountain and watching the weather. Large & comfortable sofa. Kitchen was well enough equipped to make full meals. Comfortable bed & linens. Good sized bathroom with a great washing machine. Solid wi-fi connection. Would happily stay again when back in the area!
