Nice and clean,great shower, close to airport, has several restaurants on site

The convenience and the professional staff from check in to concierge, Julien, Sofia to the Bell guys Eddy to.the RED roof top if that's the correct name. Only draw back was early check out at 10am but we got an extra hour. Apart from that all was lovely. Would definitely return again.

The location was perfect and the view from our balcony was amazing!

Perfect location. Every room faces the ocean. Rooms are quiet and clean. When you arrive you pick your beach chairs and they mark them with your room number so you never have to struggle to find a place on the beach. The beach is never crowded and the ocean is right there to go floating in. The little restaurant, The Gingerbread Cafe, is nice. Good food, good drink selection and the people are wonderful. The mini market has pretty much whatever you need and if it doesn't, Neelu can find it for you! The people here are what makes this place the best on the island. If you are looking for a party area, this isn't it, but if you are coming for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you!

The rooms and the views are amazing

The location was very convenient to all the hot spots near by. The room was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything that we could need. We really did enjoy our stay and would highly recommend.

Peaceful location, a nice little pool, and within a short hilly walk to several nice restaurants and a market.

Room was extremely spacious (great value/price), clean, great kitchen, airconditioned, tv's, huge balcony. Central location in simpson bay, everything is in walking distance (supermarket, restaurants, etc.)

Nice, clean, comfortable , well relaxed don't talk about the VIEW! Customer service was wonderful.

I enjoyed every moment of tlmy time at the hotel. I will definitely visit again and spread the word around with friends and family.

On our arrival we met Santa at the reception desk. She was pleasant and explained the property to us. We were on the far right side of the resort. Very quiet, no issues whatsoever. Every staff member we came in contact with was helpful and smiling. Carlo from entertainment was fun and made the activities exciting. Diane, Kenesha, and Marie at the bar were excellent servers, and pleasant. Jimmy from the restaurant was a favorite as well. Wonderful vacation. Beautiful views and stunning sunsets.

Great location on Orient Beach and lovely outdoor set up. Safe enclosed pool area tucked in behind reception and breakfast area literally overlooking / on the beach. A super way to start the day. Sand white and seaweed cleared daily by diggers. Beach cafes and restaurants all within easy 5 minute walk covering lunch and dinner. Perfect couples retreat.

Beautiful property. Freshly remodeled. Large tv. Great ocean view. Location was perfect. Refrigerator had filtered water and automatic ice maker. Beautiful furnishings inside and outside. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked really well and was really quiet. Showers were very powerful. KKO and Coco beach club are to each side of the condo buildings.
