This is a unique hotel on the beach, modern comfort blended with pure nature! The simplicity and creativity was amazing, and everything was coming together with an amazing service and food! Thanks to all the staff, and especially the reception staff (Tayfun, Nur, Ata, Ahmet, Serhat) with whom we interacted frequently, and who went out of their way to make our stay one to remember. We will definitely come back!

My girlfriend and I came all the way from the United States, and we were joined by another couple, so there were four of us in total. To keep it simple, our experience at Ariel Hotel exceeded all expectations. First of all, the location is fantastic. You can reach the heart of Alaçatı in less than a minute on foot. Parking can be challenging in Alaçatı, as it is throughout the town, but Ariel has an agreement with a nearby parking lot where guests can park for around 300 TL per day. This is useful information for anyone planning to stay here. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Muhammed. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail immediately stood out. Throughout our stay, he consistently checked in with us, made sure we had everything we needed, and provided helpful recommendations and information. His hospitality truly made a difference. The hotel itself is quite new, and the rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained. Since there was availability, Muhammed kindly upgraded our rooms without us even asking, which was a wonderful surprise. We had plans to visit a beach club the following day, and both Muhammed and another staff member, Enver, took the time to explain our options and help us choose the best fit. I personally had concerns about beach club pricing, but Ender patiently explained how their partner agency operates and reassured us that we would not encounter any unpleasant surprises. He was extremely helpful and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Mehmet Ali, who works in the restaurant, was another standout member of the team. He always had a positive attitude and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast deserves special recognition. Remziye Hanım prepared one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had. After serving an incredible spread, she still came to our table to ask each of us individually if we wanted anything else.

Staff is super helpful, property is super clean. Everything about this hotel is amazing! It is far beyond my expectations. The view, pools, SPA, A/C in the room, internet speed, breakfast and everything! I will definitely visit again!
