We received a text when our room was ready, with a link to our blue booth key. Getting into the room was super easy, and the property was clean and beautiful. Our room was pristine, and a hand written note was left for us. The small touches are everything to me!

Amazing location by entrance to wildlife reserve! We got up for sunrise at the beach and were entertained by dolphins off shore! We’d like to come back with bikes!

For my money, the best place to stay on the island. The location is excellent, just a few minute walk to the downtown. The rooms are large spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a balcony with an excellent view. All the people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The pool was a nice bonus. Will stay here for each of my trips to Chincoteague.
