We had an amazing stay here! I brought my kids for a one-night staycation before school starts, and everything was excellent from beginning to end. The room was clean and cozy, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Miss Andrea at check-in went above and beyond — her hospitality truly made us feel welcome and cared for. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Firstly it's location. Very convenient. The hotel was extremely clean and so was the bedroom and bathroom. The amenities provided in the bathroom were really nice. As for the staff, extremely friendly and very polite and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable beds

Super location, great rooms, Sassetta Restaurant fabulous but what made our trip so memorable and special was the staff especially Jon Paul Barnes. Such a wonderful person. He went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and special. He’s a real standout for the hotel and really made our 10 day trip with the family for Christmas a truly memorable one.

This will be the only hotel I stay at in Dallas from now on. 5 stars all the way across the board. There was so much to do we didn't even want to leave the hotel.

I had a wonderfulbtome here. Everyone is amazing. And I never had any problem out of the staff i feel as biggest this hotel is you guts can have a better pool.

We enjoyed an evening on the bar patio with a nice city view, good bistro food, and cocktails. King room with nice amenities. Well insulated rooms for a good night sleep on a very comfortable king bed. Location downtown with minimal weekend traffic was convenient to an event nearby. Easy access from I-35. Front desk (Anthony) was very helpful with dining recommendations. Fastest elevator ever!
