Staff and crew very friendly. Help needed was provided immediately. Bed extremely comfortable. Haven't slept as well in yrs. Made use of game rm & available board games. We have a few favorite restaurants and a coffee shop. The area is beautiful, very friendly people. Resort very peaceful.

I booked our room 2 months in advance. I get called as we are driving out with my mustang club, saying that the hotel overbooked us and we basically got pawned off on their sister property, roundhouse resort. We get to the place to get an explanation, and the girl working there was smug and indifferent. The girl at roundhouse however, was helpful and accommodating. I made sure to let ALL 800 Members of my mustang club what crappy service PVC provides. Absolutely trash.
