This hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is delicious in the bistro. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices. Parking was easy and so convenient. We will definitely be back.

Favorite place to stay in GR. Several food options inside allow you not to freeze when it’s -7. It also has a skywalk attached to DeVos Performance Hall, so it’s very convenient when catching a show there. The location is great with winter activities, like ice skating, mini curling, etc. and a lot of restaurants surrounding. The valet services cannot be beat. They’re beyond helpful, especially when you have to leave very early as they’ll have your car waiting for you.

Perfect location in the quaint town. The decor and attention to detail for places to relax and enjoy conversation or a cocktail or a good book were numerous. The staff was incredible. Friendly, helpful and welcoming.
