Great, friendly, and helpful staff. The gym is clean and well-equipped. Nice breakfast and food at the restaurant. One can exchange foreign currencies at the reception. Although the location is far away from the center, we could easily book cars with the help from the reception.

Nothing, we left within an hour of arriving and were intimidated and extorted by the staff.

A great hotel in Vinh. I only stayed for one night but wish I could have stayed longer. The staff were exceptional.
