The pool area was one of my favorite spots. It was quiet in the morning and perfect for having coffee before going out. The room itself was bright, airy, and very comfortable to stay in after a long day exploring Nha Trang.

This is our second time back at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially the receptionist Sarah. They even surprised us with an incredible room upgrade with an amazing view and amenities. The location is super central and has plenty of great food options available. The breakfast was varied with great service. Overall, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam. Definitely value for money.

Everything was good as always. I often stay at this hotel when I’m in Nha Trang and have tried different room types. If possible, I would recommend choosing a room with a balcony — they are more spacious and brighter. The hot water works perfectly, and the rooms are always clean. Even though the hotel is not brand new, the rooms have everything you need. The rooftop pool is clean, the water temperature is pleasant, and there are always fresh towels available. There is also a separate area on the rooftop with tables where you can relax with your own drinks or food. The reception staff, security guards, and all hotel employees are always very kind and welcoming. The location is also excellent — there are many shops, cafes, and the beach nearby.

Everything! Everything was on high level check in, very helpful and polite staff. Very good variety of food on brackfast and dinner too. Big and clean room with nice view. Good service and very beautiful hotel.

Very friendly staffs, complete cleanliness, variety of breakfast dishes, very good facility. Staffs are polite and helpful, handle extra request or inquiry very reasonably. We would especially appreciate Mr. Y at the restaurant, Ms. Van and Ms. Quynh at reception.

Fantastic hotel, wonderful professional staff looking after the guests, the hotel has a very high end feel about it.

Everything. Everyone at the hotel was very kind, always trying to help. The location was also great, close to everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, liked the view, etc, etc. I left very happy and would stay again at Melia Vinpearl Nha Trang Empire.
