From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

Breakfast and dinner was amazing. Best staff I’ve ever encountered in any hotel!! And I travel ALOT! Beautiful rooms, clean. The only BIG HUGE problem was there were no outlets next to the beds or night tables. Charging my phone was annoying and my husband has a CPAP machine…where would he plug it in?? The outlet situation was horrible. The desk didn’t even have an area to charge.

Beautiful, spacious room. We stayed in Bulloch Suite. Beautifully decorated. Plenty of windows. Nice mirrors. Private balcony. Michelle is a wonderful host. The breakfast is very good, beautiful table setting and Michelle made best oats and hot breakfast. Parking is easy. Close to town and waterfront. Easy walk to Thousand Island cruise port.
