Nice quiet location, significantly cheaper than e.g. Rocksresort, but still good value. Be prepared to go up 100+ meters if you want to walk or bike to the Laax cable cars though. Underground garage AND open parking are apparently included in the price.

5 star luxury close to station and shops. Customer Service was outstanding and made us feel like royalty. The SPA facilities were top notch and the best I’ve seen anywhere in the World.

The location is nice. Coop is nearby as well as some nice restaurants and Cafes. The ski lift is also nearby.
The view from the windows of the apartment is breathtaking. Our little boy liked to watch the red train passing by the village.
I liked the design of the flat, the small details about the history of the Arosa resort as well as the books about the region itself.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Great location of the resort - quiet place close to the town, next to the chairlift. Beautiful playground and little lake to swim outdoors, plus an indoor swimming pool just outside the apartment. An amazing place for a family holiday. The kids loved it. We will come back!

The hotel is not luxury, but very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was old-fashioned in a charmy way, with very comfortablle bed, good view and almost unbelievable quiet at night. The breakfast was served at the table and was good. The service was friendly and efficient.

The hotel facilities, staff, food, service were excellent, and the bonus was we got a free room upgrade The soa facilities are on a par with luxury spas and well-needed after a long day on the slopes. The hotel even offered a free bus service to the various ski slopes. Can't fault it.

Tschuggen is an amazing place to stay in Arosa. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere in the hotel is casual luxury which I personally appreciate a lot. A highlight is definitely the hotel owned "Tschuggen Express" bringing guests directly from the hotel up to the mountain. Hotel provides sledges for guest and has an inhouse ski rental. The food and bar is great.

Bianca and her family went out of their way to make us welcome despite our stay coinciding with some difficult personal circumstances for them. They arranged for lifts to and from the nearest train station. The Appartement was superb and perfect for a family stay in a fantastic ski resort. Great facilities, including two showers and a sauna, as well as a drying room for ski gear.
