(Summer holiday). Great place in the mountains for hiking and resting near the lakes. Very friendly staff, so helpful and supportive. Amazing cuisine - we did enjoy the food there (all three meals). Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

This hotel is located in the center of Engelberg, next to the train station and a bus stop. It offers free WiFi and a rich buffet breakfast.

The view off the patio is amazing. Watched the sunset on the mountains. The sliding door is large allowing you to open the apartment to the mountains. Beds were comfortable.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Sachseln, Verena's Boutique Villa am See is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the lake.

What a spectacular experience. Felt like we were staying with a friend. She went above and beyond for recommendations for us. Assisted us with laundry, and provided a wonderful breakfast every morning. The location was absolutely perfect. Quiet, right by the train, and close to surrounding activities and restaurants.

Amazing attitude of both managers! Super nice, friendly and helpful! Overall views were spectacular because this hotel is on the other side as all the other hotels in this valley hence you have magnificent vies during the day and night :) Food amazing, service too. I can only say it has been great night :)

This hotel was located in the heart of Sarnen and it was one of the best hotels I’ve booked in Switzerland. The reason is because of the following: the location is only 20 minutes from the city centre of Lucerne. also, the hotel provides free parking and 24 hour self check-in. The staff were absolutely amazing and they helped me with everything I needed. Breakfast was so delicious. There were a supermarket close and two restaurants as well. Lake Sarnen is only 500meters away with a breathtaking views and seating area. If you have kids there is a small place with fun activities for free near the lake as well. There are electric car charging stations if you are interested. I booked the junior suite and it was spacious. Totally recommend this one!
