Since it was the low season, we were the only guests at the hotel, which made the warm hospitality even more special. The facilities and food were great, we had Macaronis Gruyeriens for dinner, and it was truly satisfying. We also loved the breathtaking view of the snow-covered mountains right from our balcony room.

Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas (truly magical), clean, amazing, top notch and helpful staff. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants (we tried them all).
