Location was great in Ancient Town which is amzing Room servicing person was fantastic. Breakfast was really good excellent variety. We had dinner at the Asian style restaurant twice and both times food and service was fantastic. Service from the staff also top standard.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The exceptional cleanliness really stood out — the entire property was spotless and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. The location is ideal: situated in a quiet neighborhood that ensured peaceful nights, yet only a short walk to the famous large water wheel and all the main attractions of Lijiang Ancient Town. Perfect balance of calm and convenience. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied every day, offering both traditional Chinese breakfast options and Western-style bread, salads, and more. We looked forward to it every morning. What impressed us most was the outstanding personalized service. The hotel assigned us a coordinator named Wei Li (a very helpful gentleman), who contacted us before arrival to arrange airport transfers, personally welcomed us upon check-in, provided excellent sightseeing recommendations, and arranged convenient transportation whenever needed. Overall, we loved our stay and felt well taken care of. This is the perfect choice for a hassle-free, high-quality experience in Lijiang Ancient Town. We would definitely recommend it and would happily return on our next trip!
