Our stay at this condo in Ocean Point on Kitebeach was nothing short of fantastic. Having stayed at other units within this property before, this one stood out as the best. Recently renovated, it boasts excellent amenities and is incredibly well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The crown jewel of this condo is undoubtedly its expansive terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the ocean. Complete with lounge chairs, a large dining table, and a spacious sectional sofa, it provided the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery. What makes this property truly unique is its prime location and orientation. Situated right on Kitebeach, with all the kite schools and restaurants just a stone's throw away, it's the only property in the area that also enjoys natural protection from the wind due to its unique shoreline orientation. This makes it an ideal choice for both kite enthusiasts and those seeking a tranquil beach experience. Moreover, the condo is incredibly family-friendly with a warm community vibe. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, from excellent and responsive communication to thoughtful touches like a welcome basket of local fruits, coffee filters, and a starter pack of toiletries. These details truly made a difference compared to many other condos we stayed at in the past. We can't wait to return to this condo! The location is great, the host Juan Carlos and the staff were great. The food was really good and the barman superb. Really felt at home.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Sosúa, "Infinity Blue", Private Beach! is an apartment surrounded by views of the inner courtyard.

Everything was organized and worked well. The facilities were new, clean and orderly. Staff on the premises were very friendly and helpful. Security was very good.

The property was rustic and well matched the vibe and feel of Punta Rucia. Our room overlooked the water (stunning view), with unique outside bath and shower attached to our room. We found it perfect and could not imagine a better choice for the casual traveler. Breakfast was included in the room date and served on the beach. What a way to start our day. We opted to also eat dinner there and it was fantastic. The cook put out an array of delicious meals. I’ll save my best and final comments for the Lodge Manager (Janine). Personable, warm, charming, welcoming and absolutely tireless. She made our stay both memorable and enjoyable. What an asset!

The staff is incredible! They are from all over the globe and have an authentic desire to deliver service to their guests. The beach is wonderful and private. The decor is lovely, airey, and clean. The food at Baia Lounge (not sure of spelling) was wonderful and the experience was magical. The food & beverage throughout is great.
