Beautiful location down a quaint alleyway and right on the beach. So clean! Big breakfast buffet brought to your room when you want it there. Would definitely stay again. Best place on island! Lovely staff.

Everything. The owner, John Garrete. has remodeled these suites with every Western style convenience. I was constantly amazed at how everything was so well done and thought out. John was such an incredible help in arranging our trips to Pinzon and Bartholomew. He went over and beyond to help us by loaning us wetsuits, masks and making sure we were happy.

The rooms were both attractive, comfortable and clean. Most memorably, our hosts, Javier and Mari, made us feel like family. They helped us choose and book excursions to Isla Isabela and the Tour de la Bahía, helped us plan for a day trip to the most beautiful beach we have ever seen (Tortuga Bay), and even walked us to a local procession for Día de los Reyes Magos (Three Kings Day). In addition to the natural wonderland that the islands are, their caring, warm, cariñoso welcome and daily joy made our trip a deep delight and left us with a sense of connection to Galápagos that is heartfelt and human. If we are ever graced with the chance to return to Galápagos, we will be visiting our dear hosts and their charming property as paying guests AND as friends.
