The staff were so friendly and nice! They were super helpful during our stay, from coming to pick us up so we could get to the riad to arranging transport to the station. They spoke excellent English and gave us tips on what to see in the city! The breakfast was also delicious, the room super clean and the bed was very comfortable. I’d be happy to come back should I be in Fes again!

Great location, staff was incredibly friendly-even preparing a breakfast for my bus ride before the regular breakfast opened. The interior decorating was awesome, and the view from the top deck was great. The breakfast my first morning was simply outstanding as well.

Everything, the place had all that I needed, it is beautiful, and very well located in the heart of the medina. The breakfast was so good as well. Omar was very nice and friendly. He upgrade my room just because a better one was free, I do appreciate it. The room has conditioner air too. Everything fantastic for a really good price.
