Everything. The location was just near the forest and the ski tracks in the center of Kopaonik. The staff was very polite and usefull at the same time. The hotel has wonderful SPA center with everything you need. I enjoyed the very delicious food made at the hotel restaurant. All was just perfect. I`m looking forward to be their guest soon.

The suite has a kitchenette, so I prepared my own meals; the room is well lit, although it is on the top floor. The bed was ample and with a solid mattress. I slept exceptionally well in the mountain air.

Hotel staff is exceptionally nice and friendly. We would like especially to emphasize Srdjan who was serving us for breakfast in the restaurant. He was always kind, available and fast in service, as well as engaged and entertaining with kids. Thank you so much.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was very clean, it had everything you need and more. The location is great, it was a 10 minute car ride to the slopes, there is a super market right across the street, and parking in front of the building. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was excellent – very comfortable and had everything we needed. I saw some previous reviews mentioning issues with payment, but the host actually offered different solutions, and everything was sorted out very easily. Overall, we are very happy with this place and would definitely recommend it.
