We stayed here for two nights and were very happy with the stay! The room is of good size and very clean. The house has a fridge outside the room where you can store things and the bathroom is well equipped. The highlight here is the host. We needed help stitching something up and he took it to town for us and got it done. He allowed us to use bikes for free which we used to explore the historical park. He even took us for free to the bus station the day we left. The neighborhood is super quiet and relaxed. You are 15 minutes by bike from the main area of the town. We highly recommend staying here and visiting the ruins!

This is an excellent place. It is located a few hundred meters off the main road so is very quiet. These are a few houses around a swimming pool. There are lots of trees and plants, it is all very green and nice. The swimming pool is also good. The staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever request you might have - including sightseeing tips. The breakfasts are excellent, very interesting local food. The house we had was very good, very clean and well equipped. The bathroom was very big, it was also nice there was a small roofed part outside to leave shoes or things like that. The quality / price ratio was very good, we would definitely return if we are again in the area some time in the future.

Nice family resort. Very close to the main highlights of Sukhothai. Friendly and very helpful staff. Helped me fix my shoes, gave me a free bicycle, offered me a free scooter. Huge breakfast. I warmly recommend!

Comfortable & clean accommodations. Several choices for breakfast, which is also very good. Free water refills & coffee. Shower was outstanding (hot water + good pressure). Host is friendly and provides recommendations & tips for the visit.

Firstly, Sukhothai is such a great town to visit, with the excellent Historical Parks and night market, etc. Sawasdee is very conveniently located to the main part of town and the entrance to Sukhothai HP, both just a short cycle away. You can get a free bike at the hotel to explore the city which is super helpful. Breakfast is lovely in the open-air restaurant. And there is a restaurant across the road for lunch/dinner, though I found myself going to the night market in town for dinner. The managers were so friendly/helpful. The room is very spacious with good WIFI. The pool on site was superb. Loved it here.

The owner, Sunad, is very helpful, you can rent bikes at the hotel so it's really easy to visit the Old city and get around We had an amazing trip thanks to Sunad! You will not regret this trip :D

The family treated me so well, making me feel like one of their own, and I felt genuinely welcomed. They even celebrated the grandmother's birthday during my stay and kindly shared a piece of cake with me! I will carry their kindness in my heart. They are a spectacular family who pay attention to every detail. A special mention goes to the delicious breakfast and reliable Wi-Fi – excellent service! While the homestay is not close to the historical park, there are quick and affordable ways to get there. The place itself is clean, cozy, and comfortable. I agree with other reviews that the bed is a bit firm, but overall, I highly recommend this homestay!
