Riads in Merzouga

Hamid, the property manager, exemplifies high-level hospitality; he was always on hand to assist and impressed us with his professional insight and generous nature. The amenities were equally impressive, particularly the pristine pool and the dinner service, which was a highlight of our visit.

The staff was extremely friendly, always smiling and very helpful. Activities were well-organized and included dune excursions and cultural experiences. We took part in a traditional Moroccan tea-making workshop, as well as learning desert dance and playing Berber drums and traditional rhythmic instruments The night was calm, with soft music and a cozy fire atmosphere

Loved everything here. Wonderful staff, good dinner, comfortable and beautiful facilities. It is out of the main town right next to the gorgeous dunes and you cannot get a better view.

The riad was beautiful, clean, and very peaceful. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the pool area was relaxing, and the location was perfect for exploring Merzouga and the desert. The food was also delicious and the atmosphere felt authentic and comfortable.

Fantastic architecture and landscape, the place is a virtual palace on the edge of the Sahara desert. Sunrise over the dunes was spell binding There is plenty of courtyards, balconies and open space for what appears to be a small number of guest rooms. The food was very well prepared and tasty. The staff are friendly and delightfull. They even mailed, at no expense to us, a room key we accidentally brought from our previous nights lodging. Topping this off with a camel ride adventure rated our Raid Ali stay as Best of the Best.

Everything was fantastic abd we would certainly return to this place! We were upgraded to a suite with terrace from which you could see the internal courtyard, the dunes and the sunrise. It was particularly spacious. We had dinner at the property both nights and we found it very good (Morrocan with an international twist) - in addition, the place looked lovely at dinner times and they played traditional music in the background which added to the nice ambience. Staff were friendly and kind. The breakfast was also very nice.

Fantastic location right on the edge of the dunes, the shower are clean and rooms, we did the quads, it was great fun, the tagine was delicious, great night in the desert camp was amazing experience in my life with stars, we recommend it for everyone this is best Riad Berber Merzouga

Comfortable room. Staff was super friendly. Since we got late at night, he even took us out to the town to a really nice restaurant so we could have dinner.

The hosts were truly amazing, arranged a jeep tour in the desert with Otman, the Batman of Sahara, which I highly recommend. The lunch after the tour was really delicious.

We stayed in a room(not tent). Very good location, you step out to the desert!! Room very clean and smelled very good! Breakfast, evening music and fire were good!! Loved the architecture and the ambience/lighting around the property. Great value! Great staff!

The location was very convenient, just a few minutes on foot from the main street and right next to the dunes. Hassan was very pleasant and arranged our desert activities for a reasonable price. We also enjoyed the dinner.

This place was great. I would have easily stayed an extra night. I was there during Ramadan so the town was quiet and relaxed. The rooftop view of the dunes is breathtaking. The breakfast with the berbères omelette was delicious. Really a memorable stay. Highly recommend.

We came to the hotel on the recommendation of a friend. It was a great stay in this Riad. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the decoration is super nice. The architecture and the spaces in Moroccan style, very beautiful. The attention of all the staff and the owner was excellent. The place allows you to rest comfortably and appreciate the beauty as well. In addition to this the food is very good and plentiful. Totally satisfied with the stay here.

Hasan was really awesome! The owner was also really helpful. Food quality was normal. A lot of activities nearby which you can book in the lobby. We took quads for 1 hour and it was super cool! The pool is great. Parking in the property.

Beautiful design, quiet setting and on the edge of the desert. Perfect location to explore the area They also have a sister tenting camp which is wonderful and you get the full desert experience!
