New W is a wonderful hotel to stay at, located across from the major lake of Tirana, the traffic is mild and walking distance to the main portion of the city as well as many restaurants, night life and amazing places in Tirana. The breakfast was amazing, staff was so accommodating and friendly. Parking is on site and easy to park the car without stress. Hot water for days, large showers, comfortable beds and clean rooms. The rooms are large, and the owners are very friendly and active in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, if you want to be a bit out from the city but not too far. Unique name, unique hotel, enjoy your stay. Thanks for accommodating us!

The room was comfortable,clean and equiped. The location is in the center near to everything you want to visit. The breakfast was great. People were very nice and warm.

Central location in a quiet street. Large room, small property, good furnishings, modern facilities, large bathroom, friendly English speaking staff, good breakfast. All in all, unbelievable value.

We as a couple booked this apartment for 3 nights. We arrived in the midnight so the stuff arranged us a taxi which really helped us not to worry. The key was locked in the pinbox, we could self-check in. Everything was very clean in the apartment. There was a kettle, a microwave, a stove, Smart TV etc. Stuff is very friendly. We were communicating with Ervis and Besa. Once, we had a problem with kettle, they immediately changed it. Location is very good. We could go almost every important points on foot. There is a supermarket near the apartment also.

We really liked the host Atlin and the staffs' hospitality. The host was very thoughtful that he packed our breakfast for us since we had an early morning flight. Highly recommend choosing this hotel as it's central to main locations.
