A beautiful hotel with nice sized rooms. Beds were very comfortable and the place was upscale and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff at reception were wonderful. My sim card usage had exceeded the limit and the staff took pains to clarify the situation with the phone provider and explained to me how to overcome the problem. I am extremely grateful. Unfortunately, because i had to rush to catch my flight i did not have the time to thank them personally.

The people working at the hotel are really nice, Celeste, Gonzalo, Fabricio, Claudia. The hotel is in a good location, close to the center.

Pablo, the hotel manager, together with his team, creates an atmosphere that feels like home. They treat you as if you were part of their family, always ready to help with anything you ask—and often going beyond expectations. I received assistance with local recommendations, travel logistics, and even small personal requests that made my stay smoother and more enjoyable. This combination of comfort, genuine hospitality, and thoughtful support makes the hotel a place I would gladly return to and encourage others to experience.
