The service staff at the hotel is very nice and friendly. There are a lot of cool amenities, like the adults only indoor pool (starting at age 16) and the family indoor pool. There is also an outdoor pool but we couldn't use that because of the weather. The game room and the gaming tables in the lobby are also a nice touch. My sister and I played board games almost every night. There is a snack time from 1pm to 5pm but this truly is like an extra meal. If you have the half board option you really don't need a meal at lunch time. There is plenty of food at snack time. It is also nice that the breakfast and dinner times are extended. Breakfast until 11am and dinner until 9pm.

Location, really central And absolutely worth the money

We especially loved the unique hotel interior and the beautiful garden.

The cabin is awesome, the best sleep I got in Austria! The bathroom and showers are very nice, the heating in the cabin works great. The restaurant is beautiful and very good. They have a small shop where you can purchase milk and groceries for the day.

Quaint Austrian town, quiet, dinner and breakfast at hotel was delicious. Staff super nice and helpful.

We love how generous and tasty the food is. The room are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. And we also like the swimming pool and other ameneties like sauna.

The hotel is brand new, so clean, luxury furniture, amazing wellness area, breakfast buffet was international and delicious. the staff were welcoming and kind, they made sure we liked the room we stayed in and offered every help to make it an exceptional holiday. If you’re planning to visit the area, do not hesitate to book this hotel.

Cozy and clean roomsx excellent facilities, very friendly staff. Ski bus stops right in front of the hotel’s door.
