I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Leonhard. The hotel itself was comfortable and welcoming, but what truly made my experience special was the staff. Everyone I met was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A special mention goes to the lovely lady who kindly sent me to the train station. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of, and her kindness left a lasting impression. Small gestures like this show how much the team here values their guests.
