The suite I was upgraded to was very well designed and elegant. The staff (Sebastian and especially, Jan were very good with their approach and attitude towards making sure the stay was perfect).

Everything! Rose could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The breakfast they provided was absolutely delicious.
