This is our second visit to this property. This time, we stayed in the Hotel portion vs. the Pension. We did so, because they have a lift! Unfortunately, the lift was inoperable during our stay, but the staff moved us to a "very large" room on the ground floor at no additional expense! The room was very comfortable and spacious with bonus sitting room and large jacuzzi tub! Most importantly, it was clean, safe, and comfortable! The staff at the Hotel and Restaurant are all friendly, kind, and helpful! The restaurant provides a good menu selection and the food is always great! This Hotel offers Great Value! If you're planning on visiting nearby Seiffen, Germany and don't want to pay the high prices or can't find a room there, I highly recommend this Hotel, and the drive is only about 25 - 30 minutes. Overall great for our second visit, and we'll be back!
