I recently stayed at the wonderful Pension Katrapona in Getaria. I was with two friends in a room with three beds. I’ve travelled a lot with these friends and very often a room for three is just a double room with an extra bed crammed in. But at the Katrapona we had a huge, bright room with lots of space for our suitcases. The room and bed were very comfortable and a great breakfast was served in the morning which invcluded fresh tortilla and bizcocho made by Itxaso, who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The Katrapona is in a beautiful old building that has been lovingly renovated right down by the harbour in Getaria. We very much enjoyed our two night stay in this gorgeous place. I would really recommend it if you are travelling in this lovely area.

A very cosy place in the beginning of the old town. The ladies in the reception were extremely nice and helpful. The restaurant they recommended for dinner was a real treat for fish and seafood lovers. They don't have car parking at the hotel but you can park at the port (not free) which is 5 min walk through the old town. Breakfast was also very nice, only we weren't lucky to enjoy a sea view on the terrace as it was raining.

Hotel Flysch is located in Zumaia, 14 mi from San Sebastián and 30 mi from Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free WiFi is provided and private parking is available on site.

The room was lovely, it had a big balcony and was very comfortable. The check in process is very easy and smooth, location excellent and overall 10/10.

The place is very cosy and Maria-Jesus is such a hardworking and accommodating host! She really tries to go abobe and beyond for her guests. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! Great stop on our Basque cycling tour and the small apartment with terrace was perfect for us on Easter Monday as we could cook a little dinner and run a load of laundry. Very friendly owner and pleasant rural setting with views. A few bar/cafes just up the small hill in town.

Hotel Berazadi Berri is located on a hillside above Zarautz, overlooking the beach. It offers rooms with sea views or mountain views.
