Great location close to restaurants, shops and most importantly the sea side. The balcony was delightful. Front door is right off the promenade. Having access to beach chairs, umbrellas and paddle boards/kayaks was much appreciated. Francisco couldn't be more accommodating! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

The peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, spotless apartment and genuinely wonderful staff — especially Sadaf. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the location, the comfort, and the exceptional service. A beautiful, quiet hotel with incredible staff who truly care about their guests.

It was the perfect location, we enjoyed the walk down to the beach in the mornings, then we came back for a late lunch in our spotless apartment, then relaxed on the solarium and jacuzzi in the afternoon. We usually ate in the apartment in the evening although we did go out for 2 meals during our stay. The pool was a great size for swimming lengths and it was only ever us swimming. It really is the jewel in the crown. I have lived on the island for 20 years and regularly stay in the south when friends/family visit. I will definitely be back in July with my grandson. Thank-you it was perfect, in every way.

Location is superbe for me as i go hiking every day and go for a swim in the evening and i dont have any more climbing to do , would like to book it again for next year but there was never any one around to talk to

Proximity to restaurants and bars is a plus. Breakfast each morning was fantastic. The staff was wonderful!

The location was perfect and so convenient! Not just our hotel, but also the location within Gran Canaria - Puerto Rico. It was the best and sunny all the time when other parts of the island were windy or rainy.

It’s way more beautiful than it seems in pictures. The views take your breath away! Loved the swimming pools and the activities. The apartments are great as well. Super big and comfortable. The beds are awesome, super clean and comfy. The closets are big. The kitchens have many utensils. The WiFi is great.

Exceptional staff, very helpful and great kids club. Food is fab- didn’t expect much from a buffet- constantly being replenished by staff, cooked fresh in front of you- good selection for kids too. Will definitely return!

Our best hotel during the Gran Canaria trip. The rooms are really well equipped, the kitchen has everything. The staff is helpful, kind and efficient. I had a small problem with the safe box and the reception handled sending the technician in a very short time. Very clean, specially compared to other hotels in the area. Rooms are quiet with a private entrance that gives the illusion of being in your own tiny apartment with a sea view. We will definitely be coming back.

The view was amazing, sunset everybody, the jacuzzi, the size of apartment,the facilities in the apartment, the shop in reception, the female staff.(Isabel) The food in the cafe next to the heater pool

Amazing location with great view. The food was excellent. Extra helpful and friendly staff that made our day every day. Comfortable beds. Beautiful and clean pool. The room had everything you might need and the balconies had sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a supermarket in the hotel area and pharmacy, bus stop and restaurants close by, in walking distance.

the view from everywhere is priceless, the dining area, the rooms, the swimming pool area, everywhere! All inclusive is an amazing option here, you have no idea how much food they can offer and amazing and different every day!

Comfortable rooms. We had a pool and sea view. Staff were fabulous. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and very fresh. We were b&b so paid for lunch in the brasserie, which was lovely. Great location...quiet! But only a 20 min walk to the lighthouse and commercial centre. Some lovely restaurants on the beach and a supermarket less than a 5 min walk from the hotel.

Pool was excellent.Resort was quiet & relaxing.Staff friendly & attentive. Would highly recomend Fortuny resort to friends & relatives for relaxing holiday location. will return to Fortuny myself when travelling to Gran Canaria in the future if available.

The hotel as very family and child friendly. We had an upgrade into a 2 - bedroom bungalow which was very spacious and comfortable. The playground was nice, as we all the dedicated staff for kids entertainment.

Perfect if you want to relax and enjoy a quiet environment. Great staff and live music every night.

All in all, it turned out to be a lovely one-week stay at Hotel LIVVO Puerto de Mogán. The location was excellent compared to all other locations in Puerto de Mogán. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive in making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast/dinner buffet was ideal with a wide variety of options to choose from. I look forward to returning to Puerto de Mogán in 2024.
