Nice hotel with small SPA zone. Location is very good and view from top floors are pretty good. Staff is very kind.

Room is very clean, TV has mirroring capabilities from mobile phone (could use youtube), Everything felt very quiet. Even being right next to the train station, we could hear nothing from outside the room or hotel. No experience of breakfast as we were too tired to get up before 11. Excellent choice if you know you'll be exhausted the day after and have to catch the train as you can just cross through the yard and get directly to the train station. Excellent hospitality from staff whether it came to providing extra towels or glasses. You also get ice cold tap water from the sink, which is always great! The room was nice and cool on arrival.

Reception was friendly, my top floor room was huge and had a separate seating area and an additional large work space. Large windows and a patio space for views of the snowfall and city. The room included a private sauna. I couldn’t hear any other guests and the room was very quiet. I liked the soft close doors, no slamming door noise from the corridor. The lobby shop had toiletries and food for purchase. A short walk to restaurants and supermarkets. If you are arriving by train, DO NOT follow everyone into the station, instead walk to the north end of the platform and take the stairs or elevator down one level. From there walk east, which is away from the Holiday Inn, and when you come out of the tunnel look for the building with PASTA on the side, walk between that building and the one facing it, then go to the right and you will be in front of the hotel. 3 minutes tops. You’re welcome.

I liked the set-up of the hotel. It had an industrial but modern feel. The room felt spacious with the smart organization of the furniture. It was nice having a coffeemaker, silverware and other supplies for food/drink preparation. The staff communicated well regarding the check-in information.

Beautifully located next to Lake Pyhäjärvi and the Pyynikki Park, only a 10 minute drive from central Tampere, is Scandic Rosendahl. The hotel offers free parking and rooms with free Wi-Fi.

The lady at reception went way out of her way to help my son locate his carry on which he mistakenly left th the rental car garage at the Helsinki airport. She won the lottery for him as they located his. Bag. Amazing dedication to helping a guest

Fortunate to have a room at the corner of the building with view to river and city and nice to have a window that opened. Beautiful place. Waterfront terrace/bar a pleasure after a long drive.
