This hotel was a little gem in the city! Gorgeous decor, friendly helpful staff, located right by all the attractions in the walls of the old town. The rooms were comfortable and watching the world go by from the balcony was perfection!

Very central location, cozy rooms, helpful staff and very convenient dining options at the hotel’s restaurant. Booked very last minute and the owner was very accommodating, will definitely come back.

Spacious confortable room, surprisingly quiet on 3rd floor in centre de ville. Excellent breakfast.

Small, pensione style hotel, next to a park and just off the main street to the train station. Easy walk to train, bus and all the town. Quiet area, very nice staff, OK to leave luggage if you need to. We stayed there twice, both rooms were small but quite adequate, suited our needs perfectly.

The location is perfect, near plenty of charming restaurants, and near the Pope’s Palace. The room was clean, efficient, and had comforts like a charging port and good AC. The bathroom was modern and the shower was good.

The garden was beautiful and the location was great. The service was also great and the parking is very close to the hotel.

I got an unexpected upgrade and ended up in a huge room with 2 double bed and 2 windows to Rue de la République. Amazingly comfortable, huge TV, many channels, a table and chairs, and a nice bathroom. About the staff? Amazing as well. Recommend!

It’s a typical and attractive “Maison de Provence” on a cozy farm very near from Avignon, with a generous free air parking, excellent breakfast and a nice open air restaurant behind old trees. A wonderful basis for a long stay in Provence. We very much liked the beauty of the place, the comfort of our room, the relaxing ambiance, the excellent breakfast, the relaxing and nice restaurant, the kind staff, the easy parking and the strategic location for enjoying a long stay in the wonderful Provence.

First, the staff were exceptional. Both Stephenie & Ghozlane were welcoming, helpful, hospitable & friendly. The location is fantastic, right beside the Palais de Pâpes. We had a lovely corner room on the 5th floor with a view of the Palais. The breakfast was good, buffet selection of fruit, breads & pastries, eggs & sausages etc. Check in is 2pm which is early for hotels in France. Make sure you have the correct address for the taxi as there are 2 Mercure hotels very close to each other - they are within walking distance of each other but a bit of a hike with luggage. Staff however helped us with our luggage when we were dropped off at the incorrect address.

I really liked the spacious room and the decor in this very old preserved building. It was very quiet and is in a great location - easy to get to pretty much anywhere.

We stayed here because the price and location seemed good. It was actually great! What a surprise to be able to walk in the pedestrian area right in front of the hotel! Great little shops and restaurants all right there! The hotel was like staying in an old home, meandering hallways and beautiful breakfast room!

Hosts, Location and Facilities. The owners welcome message was clear, brief and concise concerning check in, check out and expectations. They also share insight information about tourist sights, time and even tips on free transport if you wish to visit the Ile. Their restaurant list of recommendations was very helpful. You have easy access to sights, popular Plazas are a stone throw away, as well as restaurants and convenient store. The washing machine was a bonus, specially the AC, latter is rare in Europe. It is hands off, but hosts are quick to answer messages via Booking. Kitchen is well stocked, we didn’t used it, rather enjoy eating out. Les Halles is literally next door if you looking for fresh markets. Very quiet, located inside the ramparts.

Reception staff was very good, breakfast need to be improved.
