Plenty of car parking right outside the hotel. I arrived late but the member of staff was very helpful. I had an early start the next day and the staff gave me a continental breakfast to take with me. My room was a single on the top floor. Comfortable, quiet and everything working in the room. The shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. The TV worked well and was clean. The WiFi was efficient. Good value for money. Thank you.

We booked it at last minute, and the host responded to our questions quickly and very accommodating. The garden is beautiful and large.

In the center of Cockermouth, Allerdale Court features large rooms with free WiFi. The cozy bar has real ales, open fires and original oak beams.

Huge room with an outside door that opened into a courtyard. It was right in the center of town and was central to everything. They do not offer breakfast but there are plenty of places to pick up something very close. The people in the town were extremely friendly and wanted to talk to you.

Located in 400 acres of deer park and woodland, this prestigious 4-star hotel features a spa with an infinity pool and a modern gym. The AA-Rosette restaurant has lake views.
