The hotel is in a peaceful and beautiful location, just a short walk from the beach. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and would happily stay here again.

Abatis was the perfect choice for the 3-day Agistri vacation I added to the end of my 4-day business trip in Athens. I chose Agistri because I fell in love with what I saw on Google Maps, but experiencing its natural beauty and relaxed pace of life in person exceeded all my expectations. The unspoiled atmosphere of Dragonera Beach was breathtaking. While walking to Aponisos—thinking it was much closer due to a misunderstanding—I stopped in Limenaria and enjoyed some delicious zucchini balls. The deep, crystal-clear waters of Mariza were unforgettable, and swimming at Aponisos was equally enjoyable. I stayed in Room 28 with a sea view. As you can see from the photos, the view is magnificent, while the back of the hotel is surrounded by forest. I was told that Room 28 is considered a lucky room. I hope that luck finds me someday. If you have the time, I highly recommend spending a day visiting Aegina and Moni Island. I was amazed by the story and atmosphere of the Temple of Aphaia, which I was surprised to learn is not a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It inspired me so much that it will most likely become the subject of my next design project. If you are interested, you may even see the result someday on my Instagram page, **@miomondoo**. Abatis is a quiet and very clean hotel. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The only minor drawback was that, despite the many available Wi-Fi networks, the connection could occasionally drop. I would also like to give a huge thank you to the receptionist, who combines the helpfulness of Thetis with the beauty of Aphrodite, for helping make my stay so enjoyable. They may be as invisible as Aphaia now, but a part of me remains there. I hope we will meet again one day.
