Location - like you are not in a busy Paralia, very quiet and good view. You are not looking closely at another building from terrace like in downtown paralia. Host - very very kind, greets you every day and always has some sweets or fruits to give you. Apartment - cleaning stuff come by everyday to take out trash and take care of similar basic things, also often change bedsheets and gives new towels.

What can I say — Epavlis Eleftheriadi is simply the place you must stay if you're vacationing in Paralia, Katerini. The location is perfect: about a 10-minute walk from the center, far enough from the noise and crowds to enjoy real peace and quiet. It offers a stunning view directly over the coastline. Just 3–4 minutes away you’ll find several excellent beach bars with great prices and fantastic service. The hotel itself is very reasonably priced — in fact, for the quality you get, it actually feels like a bargain. It’s a new building, with spotless rooms and bathrooms that are cleaned daily, including fresh towels and linens. The manager is fantastic — always ready to help and happy to recommend good places to eat or have fun. There’s ample parking right in front of the hotel, and you won’t have to worry about your car. Two streets run directly past the property — one leading to the beach, the other to the town center. Top-notch location, outstanding cleanliness and service. I’m a very critical person, and I honestly couldn’t find a single flaw — which says a lot. Highly recommended!
