Antonela created a little piece of paradise with her garden. When we arrived with our bikes the fragrance of Yasmine welcomed us. The roses in front of the stone work were stunning and owned the space. Plants, pots and decorations were placed lovingly and aesthetically pleasing. A place that calms and soothes, a place that invites to sit quietly or have conversations. Antonella and Franz went out of their way and whipped up a four course meal that was my favorite one on our weeklong trip from Trieste to Pula. And last but not least, they had clothes lines in their backyard where we could dry our clothes that had gotten wet during a downpour.

Location, cleanliness and staff.

Nice place to stay over if you are by car. Only 10 minutes from Piran, beautiful city. I do reccomend you to stay at Sobe Lušina, cozy and place surrended by nature!

The guest house is very nice, our room (for 2 people) was on the ground floor, simple, but with everything needed for a short trip. What we mostly liked was the small terrace with pool/garden view. The pool is clean and refreshing. The house is situated in a small village Sosi, 15 minutes drive from sea, surrounded by olive treas and nature. What really makes you feel like home is the personell, taking care of everything. We ordered the breakfast for 10€/pp and were overwhelmed by the treatment - ham/cheese variety, veggies, eggs as you like them, home made jams and every day different cakes/pastries freshly baked every morning. Once in Umag area again, we will definitely come back to Villa Sosi.

The owner was very nice and helped me with everything needed. There is Spar and Lidl in walking distance.

Amazing stay at B&B Carmela. Cute room has everything you need for a short stay, it was clean and felt comfy. The breakfast was great, it was a buffet containing multiple options so that everyone can find something for themselves. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was really comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and allowed us late check in. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, really good, specially fresh orange juice.
