The hotel is perfect! And beach amazing!

Loved it here! Amer and his family are incredible hosts. So kind and thoughtful. I booked last minute due to a flight change. Amer picked me up at the airport, was easy to communicate with, responded quickly to messages, and also provided me a shuttle with my giant bike bag when I needed to leave. The food was made by his dad, and was so good. The rooms were clean, everyone welcoming, and the pool was a bonus. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Also a short walk to the bus stop to get into the tourist section. Amer provided me with a local guide and other resources to make my trip memorable.

It is in a great location. The availability and a good schedule of water taxis allowed access to Dubrovnik and Cavtat and all the amenities they offer but without having to stay in more expensive and overcrowded popular tourist destinations. Kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff, clean and beautifully maintained facilities. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of a big variety of foods. What was most impressive is that we had a very early departure and were offered coffee and breakfast to wait for us at such an early hour.

My Host was so sweet. If I lived in Dubrovnik I would treasure her friendship The breakfast was the best ever in a Airbnb.

location was good close to many shops so you don't need to go to town. Even pizza place about 30m away. Room is located across the other houses so you will stay all alone in one house. What is perfect and private.

Great place managed by a lovely family! The rooms are big and sunny facing the opposite side of the main road. Very clean and comfortable beds. Our hosts were very understanding when we needed to change our stay. Dubrovnik is only 15minutes away with the bus station in front of the property. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful breakfast included. Very friendly staff, and the room was accommodating. Also the view was beautiful, overseeing the water and coast.

We liked everything! Vesna and Duro met us at Dubrovnik airport and brought to their property. They welcomed us with homemade wine, which was absolutely delicious. View from terrace and balcony simply amazing. Orange trees are in front of you and when you go down to the beach, you pass olive and oak groves. Bus stop to Dubrovnik and Cavtat three minutes walk. Hosts are very wonderful persons and attentive to all guests requests . We would love to come back again

We had a wonderful stay at Guest House Međine. The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring and relaxing. Slow mornings and breakfast on our balcony while watching boats drift by and the beach slowly come alive. Nothing like starting the day with the beautiful Adriatic as your backdrop. Valerija and Ivica were so kind and helpful, especially with arranging airport transfers, which made everything very easy. We really appreciated their warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. ❤️❤️❤️

Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with good facilities. The host was very friendly, informative and helpful. The location is lovely and quiet, close to the beach and a few really nice restaurants. The pool was also amazing, and the views from the pool and balcony in our apartment were beautiful!

Homey, with a great view, clean, in quiet location in the heart of the Old Town, walking distance to everything and very very close to the beach. Affordable also! I would recommend Villa Rozic to anyone who wants to feel at home, quiet down, enjoy the graphic scenery and doesn't require fancy luxuries! I personally really hope to come to Catvat again, and I would choose the same place to stay! Unrelated to the apartment but something to keep in mind: you have to walk up quite some stairs to reach that part of the Old Town - a small price to pay for that view and the peaceful it comes with!

Location and very good restaurant.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and was very clean. There was parking right in front of the building and the location is great, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and market.

too beautiful beach sea views from room balcony. lovely new modern room though compact for a five star and the price. new modern hotel spacious restaurants and private beach with services . The staff specially in restaurant and housekeeping go out of way to make comfortable welcome. The breakfast buffet really delicious and big. restaurant terrace with sea views is so lovely. dinner I ordered Asian food so decent. They have two page vegetarian menu I love love love this restaurant. first time found good food for myself with choices in a otherwise obsessed with eating every possible living being world lol.

Our stay for Valentines Day was beautiful. Everything was exceptional, I highly recommend this hotel.
