We stayed there for 4 nights, everything was very good . Sometimes you may forget that you are in 3 star hotel and can be a little disappointed for breakfast , but for a 3 star hotel is good. Great value for money, would definitely recommend and come again. The location is up on a hill, it's very peaceful, easy to find, it's has private parking.

Located within a 15-minute walk from the city center, Hotel Barbakán has air-conditioned rooms with cable TV, a desk and free wired internet. Free public parking is possible by the hotel.

Our second time at Barbakan, we like it. Close to pedestrian zone. Great breakfast , plenty of different food, clean and spacious breakfast restaurant , nice staff.

The family-run Bagolyvár Inn enjoys a scenic location surrounded by the old vineyards of Pécs, and offers charming rooms furnished in a rustic Hungarian style.

The courtyard and historic building is one of the most beautiful ones I have stayed in Hungary. It was around the corner from the basilica and its beautiful park. Small room but beautiful windows and bright. Well equipped kitchen and sunny eating area.

Breakfast was lovely, staff were cordial, accomodating and always in good spirits. Housekeeping was spotless! A/C in room was great (important for me in the Summer).
