I was expecting an older worn out hotel but this was very tastefully and recently updated. The bed was very comfy, reception and lounge areas smartly appointed and plentiful.

The room was great ,I was up graded to an executive room , pity I didnt have time to try out the jacuzzi bath. Pity the rooms do not have air conditioning . Breakfast was lovely lots of choice and staff were lovely. Dinner staff were lovely and i had the roast beef of the day which was lovely and veg were cooked to perfection.

Stayed in one of the suites and it was a fantastic experience - lovely big spacious room, jacuzzi bath, huge comfy bed, private balcony - didn't want to leave!! Staff lovely and food delicious. Fab stay.

Staff we very friendly and helpful..I proposed to my girlfriend, we had a brilliant night. The staff did an excellent job, preparing the room (surprise) room was clean tidy..had good food at the restaurant, the pints were nice and cold, refreshing. Would recommend it.

The selection at breakfast time was amazing. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was lovely, I travelled with my 10 year old daughter and they were very good accommodating her food choices. The pool was lovely and relaxing.

Staff very helful and polite they could not do enough for you. David at reception was exceptional Relaxation room in the spa was lovely, fruit and herbal teas a nice touch

Location within the town is good. We were upgraded to a suite which was a nice bonus. The room, 302, was big and the bed comfortable. Coffee machine was a bonus as were the robes & slippers. Bar food and breakfast buffet all lovely.
