I gave tip to the staff after luggage delivery. Surprisingly he refused to take it and said, we are professionals. I like their attitude. Then I order food for lunch for us and milk for baby. When the bill came, milk charge was not added and I inform them about it. But they said, milk is free. We went to tirumala early in the morning and we had to checkout at 12.00 in the noon. But we couldn’t arrive on time due to the que and walk for the mobile phone counter and then to take Chappels. So we got to the hotel around 1.40pm only. They had called us in between and informed us about the checkout. Even we delayed , they didn’t add any late checkout fees. Overall the stay was hassle free. Staffs were sensible and professionals. We believe hotel management trained their staffs really well. Overall they keep a good standard of communication
