Excellent location!! The Manager Antonio and the staff were extremely helpful from beginning to end. As soon as we arrived in the morning and considering our stay was for one night, they explained to us all things to do, give us the room before check in time and within minutes they helped us to book a private boat to go around the Island!!! We arrived at 9 am and at 11 am we were on the boat, nice!!! As soon as we arrived from the boat trip we found a bottle of prosecco in our room, a gift from the Manager. By the way the staff made us a reservation at Da Paolino, a great restaurant. Antonio thanks for everything!!! Will see you again.

Location was close and convenient to action, but quiet. Property and room was clean, tasteful, and GORGEOUS! All staff was friendly and helpful. I could tell some are tired from a long hot season, but they still worked hard to keep guests happy and fulfill expectations. This was our first time in Italy, especially Capri, and WHEN we come back, Hotel Mamela will have our reservation! Thank you for a perfect bucket list 40th B day trip and we can’t wait to come back! The manager was so communicative! Our flight was delayed and we came in late, but after calling the hotel the manager WhatsApp messaged us to coordinate key pick up, give us directions, and complete all check in procedures! The communication was excellent and the property was amazing. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the appartment was spacious. I traveled with three additional friends (four total) and this space was perfect for us. Plus, the location was unbeatable!

Wonderful breakfast! Kind staff members! Landscape and clean rooms! Claudio (host) was super nice and kind, helped us with everything from the first minute. I would like to emphasize the quality of food, it’s incomparable. They don’t want to save something on clients, they are doing their jobs as it should be on the very high level.

Great location in Anacapri, close to all interesting places. The host Vincenzo was really kind and gave us a very warm welcome.

Unbeatable location! the hotel was right in the main area near the main square, close to everything. and right outside, the best gelato shop. The staff was friendly and the rooms had everything needed.

The location is outstanding: just 500 meters from the funicular, right in the heart of the town, overlooking the harbor and offering a stunning sea view. It’s close to everything — shops, restaurants, and transport. The bus stop is right next door, making it easy to reach Anacapri and other surrounding areas, with buses running every 20 minutes. The apartment is well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged. One of our favorite parts was the small balcony, where we enjoyed the sunset in the evenings while watching the harbor and the town from above. It was a truly relaxing and memorable stay.
