Great location, wonderful staff, amazing breakfast, awesome sauna

Everything, especially the view is amazing

We loved the amazing view, the delicious & wide variety of breakfast choices, the wonderful dinners & the historic decor. Julia was so very welcoming & Patrick patiently answered our questions & gave wonderful suggestions for sightseeing in the area. It was a fantastic place to stay! We highly recommend it!

The breakfast was good and the staff was kind and helpful. The jacuzzi and the sauna give it a plus. The rooms were very clean and well spacious.

The town is absolutely the cutest thing. The hotel is wonderful, with comfortable rooms and amenities. The breakfast is super delicious, with many options for both food and drinks, featuring local products that are the yummiest! We loved the spa area with sauna and steam. There is also an honor system bar where you can serve yourself and hang out with your companions. There is also a game room and even a guitar available for playing, which my talented son took full advantage of. We were very pleased with our stay at Cavalino D'Oro - Money well spent!

This hotel was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights in December and it totally exceeded expectations. The restaurant was top notch, we had all our meals here during our 3 night stay and it was all delicious. Large breakfast buffet, excellent lunch buffet, multi-course dinner, just the best! All the staff were helpful and genuine. What really made this hotel outstanding were the pool and spa facilities. It was all very modern and stylish, even in December the rooftop pool is open and heated which was my favorite place to spend the afternoons. Multiple saunas and other spa facilities, it was all clean and never felt crowded. Kastelruth is such a perfect little village, this was my third time staying there but my first time at this hotel. I would love to return and stay for longer next time.

I hadn't stayed here before so not sure what to expect but it was truly lovely. The room was very comfortable and quite large, with a super nice Jacuzzi shower/tub combo, huge bathroom and bedroom, lovely corner view of the Schlern mountain, lots of storage space. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff truly lovely (although there was a slight language barrier with one staff member as I don't speak Italian). Even lift access to my floor from reception/breakfast which I didn't expect (though do note the entrance is not level access and involves multiple sets of steps). A brief walk down to the centre of Seis am Schlern/Siusi and its grocery store and bus station, with a slightly longer walk to the Seiser Alm Bahn. Would gladly stay here again.

Immediately upon arriving, we felt welcomed by hosts. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are magnificent, it felt super clean and a good size.

Everything was perfect. The dinner, the breakfast both had so much to choose from. The rooms, the staff were awesome. Saved the hotel for a future visit. One of our rooms also had a view

Very cozy place. The host was very very nice. The place is very clean.

It had been very pleasant stay. Breakfast was very fancy and delicious. Very welcoming atmosphere in such a beautiful location with picturesque views. It was a little language barrier in communication, but we got by. It was a little far from everything, but we were aware of it. We did not mind driving extra distance, because price and quality of the accommodation were just right.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The accommodation was incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed.It fit for group of 6. Beyond the amazing property, we ran into an unexpected personal situation completely unrelated to the stay, and the host went above and beyond to help us immediately. Their kindness and quick support truly saved our trip. Highly recommended!

Good service, clean rooms, and very good staff.

At Scherlin we had one of the best hotel experience. Since we arrived there we felt like in a story.It started to snow and all the lights from hotel made the perfect stay there.We got also a room upgrade free of charge with a stunning view of the entire valley.Everything was top, from breakfast, to room, to the spa and interior/exterior pool with hot water and of course all sparkling clean. We will definitely come back! Thank you Hotel Scherlin! keep going like this!

The meals provided were amazingly wonderful.

We had the best time! The staff went out of their way to increase our joy and relaxation. The pool and spa are designed beautifully, so relaxing and beautiful to the eye. All the senses are pleased by the outside, the food, the art, the care of each staff and the gorgeous furniture and bedding.

This place was magical. The staff, the breakfast, the spa, & the free guided hike was unreal. We felt a true reset in Ortisei & love the room and classic features of the hotel. Especially the dining room
