Almost everything exceeded my expectation. The staff are friendly and helpful all the time. The ski bus is just cross the street and takes about 3-4 minutes to lifts. The breakfast is OK but the price we paid is not luxury one.

Perfect location, just below the most wonderful peaks, and near all you need during your stay (restaurants, grocery..) Value for the money is best you can find in this fairy tail little village. Your hosts will share with you all you need to know about where and how during your stay.

One of the few properties with an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. . The pool is more of an oversized hot tub. Perfect in the evening to recover with the family after a day of hiking.

Absolutely loved our stay, and the hospitality from Michil, his family, and the entire team was a huge component of this. They go the extra mile to ‘surprise and delight’ guests. Our first evening we were invited to join Michil and his wife for wine and apps which was such an unexpected treat. Rooms were thoughtfully done, great outdoor sitting space, lovely sauna facilities and lots of options for drinks and dining. But Michil is the star, taking the time to connect with guests, offer hiking suggestions and generally just check-in and say hello. I would highly recommend and already thinking of how I can return!

The property is in a fantastic position, ski in, ski out. All very clean and modern with comfortable beds and pillows. Also a very good sauna, steam room and gym. Claudia answered all our requests and it exceeded our expectations.

Nice hotel in the middle of Dolomites with plenty of things to do outside and in the hotel. Cable cars to the surrounding peaks right across the street. Nice swimming pool and sauna facilities. Exceptional food and meals prepared. Highly recommended. Not cheap, but worth the expense.

The hotel was lovely. Great location and would be even more amazing in winter. The half-board was great value and the food was excellent. Breakfast had a great choice and the dinners were top notch. Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub were also fabulous with amazing views.

This was a great stay! My room was upgraded from what I had booked and it was cleaned every day. There was a great breakfast spread. The sauna was very nice and the balcony views from the room were incredible. The water pressure and heat in the shower was fantastic.

We absolutely loved our stay at Residence Settsass. The room was spotless, well equipped with all kitchen equipment we needed, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming!
