The location was fantastic! Fabiana greeted us warmly when we arrived. It was clean & comfy. The bathroom & shower were huge!

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional! The apartment exudes charm, with its beautifully curated decor and thoughtfully designed spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one could need, making it effortless to prepare meals. Its prime location is truly unbeatable—just steps away from delightful restaurants, a well-stocked grocery store, and the convenient Vaporetto terminal, allowing for seamless exploration of the city. Giulia, who manages the rental apartments, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we booked, she reached out well in advance to ensure every detail of our trip was taken care of, even arranging smooth and stress-free airport transfers. Her warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness made our experience all the more enjoyable, as she was readily available to assist with any questions throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this stunning apartment and its wonderful surroundings. Given the chance, I would return in a heartbeat!

We were so happy with our choice of the Hotel Vecellio for our time in Venice. The staff was wonderful, and so helpful in providing information to help us navigate the vaporetto transportation system! A personalized breakfast each morning gave us the opportunity to meet and chat with travelers from several countries. Our room was quaint and just what I had hoped for when it was booked. Would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was clean and the property owners responded to all of my questions. The area was very quiet and beautiful, and was right off a dock for a water bus, which made travel very easy. Walking was do-able as well, and you are able to find non-tourist areas easily, while being able to get to the tourist roads within 10 minutes. They provided coffee and tea, as well as a kitchenette featuring a mini fridge, stove top, dishwasher, and sink. There is a double wide couch bed in the kitchen/living room and a double wide bed in the next room separated by a half wall. There was one single bed, and they provided another single bed due to my own misunderstanding when I booked, thinking the two couch beds were separate. The area seems very safe, with two locks (a code door and a house key door) between you and the street. Before we got there, the owner provided detailed instructions on how to find the apartment and gave recommendations for food, including videos.

Great small hotel with exceptional service.

Away from the crushing crowds yet still within reasonable walking distance to the most highlights and the railway/bus station there lies this spacious, well-equipped, well-heated (in winter) apartment with great vistas of the waterway, where you may soak up the city's original atmosphere, strolling, sitting in charming restaurants and bars, and paying visits to the places out of the beaten path. Wonderful place.

A beautiful little hotel, not the easiest to find but when we did we were enchanted. The rooms are a little on the bijou side but I think this is probably common in Venice. Beautifully decorated to a very high standard and exceptionally clean. Decorated in the old Venetian style and utterly charming.

Very welcoming staff, very helpful with instructions on how to find the hotel and how to get there. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is a 10 minute walk to piazza san marco. The room had everything we needed and included a dehumidifier which is a great relief from the high humidity. There is also a lovely courtyard-terrace where you can spend the evening

The first room developed a leak in ceiling, the management changed our room the next day and gave us an exceptional room.

Pick this Hotel!!! Best location in Venice, near to everything you need. They gave us a room upgrade and we are so gratefull! Clean, comfy, idilyc hotel. Photo worthy! Also breakfast is great and has varieties. They even put my ice packs in the hotel freezer for my medications on the day we checked out so that I have cold for the airport.

I loved everything about the hotel I love the boutique style all the stuff was friendly It was easy to negotiate the area I was in I was close to all the attractions It was a very convenient place very accommodating I can't say enough things about it ,it was a highlight to my stay.

This Pensione looks good from afar. Its right on the front by the Doges palace/Vaporetti/Aguilana stop. The concierge man was the nicest person there. Bathroom was clean. Water pressure in shower was good. Towels and sheets were good.

Everything was perfect and very accommodating. Hygiene was great! The service was great! The style was in the mood of Venice so it gave us an authentic experience. The lovely receptionist (Petra) was very warm, welcoming and always ready to make our stay more comfortable!
