Location is just perfect. Considering that the hotel is in ZTL zone, it takes care of your car and permit in ZTL. There's a nice parking as well so you can definitely count on it! The breakfast is just amazing. Different varieties of salty and sweet options. And the building itself looks like a museum! If i could leave 11 out of 10, I would!

The view!!! Also location - it’s the best you can find in the entire area. The location is excellent—within walking distance of all the local restaurants. The pool. Very good breakfast with the view and glass of prosecco - what could be better. Aperitivo on the top terrace.

Excellent location, right by the sea, with an amazing view. Also the bus stop is two steps away, very convenient. Breakfast had everything, and the view on the terrace is also breathtaking. Beautiful, gorgeous place and location. The staff was even better, really great people, all of them.

The room, the friendliness & helpfulness of Gianmarco, the breakfast (varied) and the location (the birds are chirping beautifully, we saw bores & badgers). I would totally stay there again!

The beach at the accommodation is in a small bay which is private and much less busy than the main beach. The hotel itself had lovely dinning options on the beach at night with a great view. The rooms were also bigger than i expected and the facilities such as aircon worked well.

Exceptionally well built and tastefully furnished apartment with panoramic views of town and the sea. Very friendly, helpful, and generous hosts running an exemplary family business. Helpful hints of local food, attractions, train parking, etc.
