United StatesMax, the Concierge, was amazingly helpful. He went well beyond ordering taxis and answering questions. His help has lead to a successful trip back to Korea. The hotel rooms, the breakfast, and the artwork was wonderful.

Close to the train station, it was a spacious, clean room and the staff were lovely. There was netflix on the TV which is great because so many hotels force you to watch their crappy paid channels. Big thanks to Mr Max Lee at the concierge. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Bonus of having a convenience shop attached to the hotel too.
