I arrived late to Chisinau and I choose this hotel because reception works 24 hours. Receptionist met me and proposed food delivery services if I'm hungry that was very nice. The restaurant which is next door to the hotel was closed already

The staff was very kind, spoke perfect English and helped with all of our queries. The breakfast in the restaurant in front is great. The spa brings this apartahotel to another level, super super recommended.

The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was varied enough. The location is not that far from the city centre which can be reached on foot or by public transport.

The rooms are very cosy and they have that vibe that makes you feel you have stepped into another world. The interior design is absolutely awesome. The beds are comfy, the rooms are very clean, the staff is veeery friendly and we were made to feel at home.

Excellent experience. The host (Dmitri) even picked us from the airport. He was extremely friendly and provided great service. Very clean room. Location was excellent, right next to the central market. Host brought some local remedy for me as I got a cold. A very joyful stay. Will do it again for sure.

This apartment is very nice, like the owners! Collecting the keys was very easy and the owners sent all the information needed. Internet was very fast, the beds were very comfortable and had the necessary blankets (it was snowing during our stay) and parking is relatively easy. The bathroom was very well equipped and so was the kitchen. I will come back for sure, it was very comfortable and if you will ride a train, you will be also very close to the train station!

The property was not as advertised. The receptionist walked me from the Bella Donna To a far apartment. They didn’t answer my phone calls. They don’t speak English! They didn’t supply soap and clean towels! The most disgusting people and place in the entire world ❗️ I’ve travelled extensively, yet have never ever encountered such crappy people and place ❗️I had to leave a night earlier just to avoid psychological damage❗️I couldn’t stand it anymore ❗️❗️❗️I technically had to beg them to get the wifi name❗️🤮🤮🤮🤮 AND I’LL NEVER EVER BOOK WITH: booking.com❗️❗️❗️❗️
