The beachfront location was a major highlight, providing easy access to the sea. The area felt private and was not crowded, enhancing the overall experience. Generally quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

Private beach, calm place to relax

The garden is amazing, the terases are also good, and close to the beach, market and taverns. From staff are 2 lady's that didn't spoke english , but Adi was very friendly and helpfully. We were from August 17-24 and was a lot of mosquitos 😬. The beach is close, but small and very full in that period.

The hotel is new, and the rooms are spacious, with their own kitchen. There is also a garage for secure parking for your vehicle. It is in a great location, just one minute from the sea. There is a pool, which is small, but still feels like a kind of luxury because the sea is very cold for swimming and the city beach is extremely crowded. The rooms are cleaned every day. The girl at the reception who welcomed us was very kind. In the morning, there is a rich breakfast. Also, there is a market and a bakery just a few steps away.

The apartment has a beautiful sea view and the hosts are great.

The view was absolutely incredible. Basically a 360 degree panoramic view on the top terrace. Everything was clean and it’s a relatively quiet area, save for the barking of the neighbors dog. Tati was extremely kind and helpful in indicating where i should go while in Ulcinj and how best to spend my time. When it was time for me to go and the taxi’s he was calling wouldn’t come due to being busy, he offered to drive me to the bus station. Incredibly hospitable and loved my stay.

I would like to leave a review about the hotel where I spent a week on vacation with my children. The hotel is located on a hill, and at first, it may seem that the road to the beach would be difficult. However, you can quickly reach the beach and back through narrow streets and a church. The two nearest beaches to the hotel were much more enjoyable than the city beach. The kitchen, rooms, and the entire hotel are very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The balcony offers a stunning view of the sea and the city. Additionally, on hot evenings, the balcony is always cooled by a gentle breeze. The hotel owners are very nice. Overall, the vacation was a success.

The location is beautiful and romantic!! There’s beautiful greenery and sites and food everywhere. The cobblestone walkways made for a good time but be careful what shoes you wear so you don’t slip.

Absolutely great location in the middle of the Ulcinj Old Town. The old town is a heritage site so there are no cars, only small streets for pedestrians. This means you get the clean air and the tranquilly for being away from all the clubs and bars in the main town. The town beach is only 10 min away on a beautiful walk through the old town down the stairs to the town beach. We came with a taxi from Podgorica airport and got dropped at the main entrance to the fortress (the farthest cars can get to), which is only a few minutes away to the apartments. The apartments were great as well as expected. Modern, with all the things you need for a self catering stay. The views are absolutely stunning as well. We stayed in one of the roof top apartments and just couldn't get enough of the absolutely stunning and breathtaking views, day and night. The lady taking care of the apartments is great too, checking in daily on whether we needed anything, changing our beddings and towels while we were at the beach, taking away the garbage. The hosts are absolutely amazing as well. Armend is a very friendly and welcoming host. Recommendation: there is a nice little kitchen in the apartment with all the appliances needed, but a small electric kettle would go a long way for a quick coffee or tea in the mornings. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone visiting Ulcinj.
